Simply schedule a time and leave your laundry bag at your door or designated spot. ✅ Thorough Wash & Fold – Your clothes are sorted, washed with care, dried, neatly folded, and packed fresh. ✅ Prompt Drop-Off – Your clean laundry is returned within 24–48 hours, ready to be put away. No sorting. No stress. No hassle. Each bag holds approximately 25–30 pounds of laundry (about 1-2 standard loads). 🧺 Wash & Fold Service Policy Keeping It Simple, Fair, and Fresh—Every Time At Soaked In Suds, we’re committed to providing a smooth, reliable laundry experience. Please take a moment to review our policies so we can serve you better! 🕒 Pick-Up & Delivery We offer convenient pick-up and drop-off services on scheduled days and times. Please have your laundry bag ready at the designated location at least 10 minutes prior to pick-up time. Missed pick-ups may be rescheduled, but repeated no-shows may result in a service fee. 💲 Pricing Our standard wash & fold service is $50 per bag (approx. 25–30 lbs of laundry). Oversized items (e.g., comforters, blankets, or rugs) may incur additional charges. All pricing is clearly stated upfront—no hidden fees. 🧴 Laundry Care Clothes are sorted by color, washed in cold or warm water (unless otherwise requested), dried, folded, and packed. Customers may provide specific instructions (e.g., air-dry items, hypoallergenic detergent). While we handle every load with care, we recommend not sending valuable, delicate, or dry-clean-only items. 🧾 Payment Payment is due at the time of service or as arranged in advance (via card, app, or other accepted methods). Receipts are provided electronically. 🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a pick-up. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a $10 fee. 💬 Satisfaction Guarantee If you’re not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
