Refund Policy

At Soaked In Suds we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure our clients are satisfied with their experience. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a booking has been completed. This includes, but is not limited to, any dissatisfaction with services rendered, or change of mind after purchase.

Damaged or Pre-existing Conditions

We are not responsible for any damage to clothing or items that may occur during service if the items are already damaged, worn, or in fragile condition. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all items provided are in good condition prior to service. Pre-existing wear, defects, or damage will not be covered under any refund or compensation claim.

Cancellations

 

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking date and time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
